3600 Troost is a 15,632SF two story building on .64 acres of land located at the southwest corner of 36th and Troost in Kansas City, MO. It is a historic building with a distinctive ornate terra cotta facade that was built in 1930 and for many years housed the Monkey Cleaners and Dryers.

Whitestone has been engaged since the fall 2021 as the owner representative to redevelop the building and the surrounding lots. The project includes:

• Land acquisition

• Architecture

• Market and concept analysis

• Financing

• Design and construction

Once completed, this will be a multi-purpose event venue with a restaurant/cafe, retail and office spaces available for rent.

The redevelopment is set to kick off in late 2023.
