MY Play Café is an indoor play cafe that offers a clean, imaginative play-area for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. As well as a barista-staffed café serving gourmet espresso drinks, tea, and boba for everyone to enjoy. 

Whitestone has been engaged as the tenant representative for the lease but was also involved with:

• Business development

• Architecture

• Market and concept analysis

• Leasing and Financing

• Design and construction

Construction started in March 2020 and opened in May 2020.
