Brian Kim
Brian earned his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and business law from California State University, Northridge. He began his career in finance as in-house analyst for a large wholesale fashion distributor working with companies such as Forever 21, rue21, Maurice’s, Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx, etc. He later transitioned into the toy industry bringing over the experience in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and supply chain. During his time in the toy industry, he worked with large companies like Amazon, Walmart, Toys “R” Us, Target, etc.
In 2014, Brian went into the non-profit sector working for Youth With A Mission (YWAM) as a program manager. He has trained over 50 individuals and helped start 7 schools (Kansas City, Virginia, Mexico, Australia, Nepal, Chicago, Korea) around the world.
With a background in finance and program management, he pivoted into the real estate industry in 2018. Through his experience growing his personal real estate investment portfolio with creative financing and partnerships, Brian adds value to every client and organization by identifying their assets and creating revenue to meet their goals.
